New Ming's has been a quiet fixture on Mission Street since the early 1990s — a place where San Francisco locals come for hand-pulled noodles, steaming baskets of dim sum, and dishes that taste like they've been perfected over decades.
We source from local Bay Area farms when we can, import our spices directly, and prepare everything in-house each morning. No shortcuts. No frozen shortcuts either. Just honest Chinese cooking, the way it should be.

Hand-pulled lamian, Cantonese white-cut chicken rice, and wok-fired classics done right.

Singa po duck, char siu, and soy-glazed pork — slow-roasted in our custom oven all day.
